The ideal candidate should be highly soft spoken and ready to work in customer support. Customer
Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make
outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Rolls and Responsibilities
• Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services,
book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,
and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
• Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
• Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal
