Role Overview
We are hiring for Altruits Technologies Pvt Ltd to handle client interactions efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and ensuring quality service delivery across communication channels.
Responsibilities
Handle Inbound/Outbound customer calls and emails
Provide accurate information and support based on client queries
Maintain call/email quality
Log all customer interactions and update systems accordingly
Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates
Qualification: Minimum HSC or Graduate
Good verbal communication skills
Willing to work 6 days with rotational week-offs
Should be able to commute to Ghansoli, MBP
