Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist in ensuring our customers receive timely, helpful, and friendly support. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic support team, handling customer inquiries, and using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product information requests

• Document common issues and contribute to our knowledge base or FAQs

• Collaborate with logistics, product, and tech teams to resolve customer concerns

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

• Support the team in maintaining high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM tools is a plus

What You’ll Learn:
