Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended UK Process.

Position: Customer Service Advisor – International Blended Process
Location: Thane Kisan Nagar Wagale Estate
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via Inbound calls, emails and chats

• Provide timely, accurate and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and queries.

• Ensure every customer interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency and care.

Educational Qualifications:

• HSC or Bachelor's Degree (any stream).

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO preferred.

• Prior experience in an International Call Centre will be considered an added advantage

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts between 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM (5 days working).
