Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting or escalation procedures.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues.
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve services and products.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction KPIs.
Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (HINDI languages THORA BHUT ENGLISH).
A team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
