Customer Support Executive – Airtel Black
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Shift: Male – Rotational | Female – 7 AM to 8 PM
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Work Days: 5 days/week (Rotational offs)
Salary: ₹16,500 in-hand + ₹2,000 Incentives
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support
Skills: Good communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services
Resolve customer queries and maintain call records

Training:

Duration: 40–45 days
Stipend: ₹400/day
