Designation - Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities :
Communication: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address their needs.
Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments.
Information: Providing accurate product and service information, and assisting customers in using features.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Feedback: Collecting customer feedback and reporting on trends and issues.
Essential Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively identify and resolve customer issues.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Technical Skills: Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools.
Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the company's products and services. Graduation is mandatory. Sal - upto3lpa. , Hindi or English. Working Days -Monday to Saturday (11am-7pm)
