### Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of BPO/customer support experience are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude

• Comfortable working night shifts with rotational weeks offs
