● Provide information regarding hospital facilities, insurance policies, and billing

procedures.

● Coordinate with different hospital departments to provide seamless patient support.

● Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the hospital’s system.

Required Skills:

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

● Basic knowledge of hospital services, medical terminology, and insurance processes.

● Proficiency in using CRM software and hospital management systems.

● Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

● Prior experience in a hospital call center or customer service role is preferred
