We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for a Semi Voice Process to handle customer queries through both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat/email) channels. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and non-voice channels (calls, chats, emails, etc.)
Understand and resolve customer issues, complaints, or queries in a timely and effective manner
Document all conversations and maintain accurate records in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as needed
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
