Customer Support Executive

Job Description :-

We are looking for an Support Executive (Attendance, Access Control, Web based Software, HRMS & CCTV). The candidate will be responsible for providing support to customers in a timely and professional manner, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions.

Gender:-   Female.

Qualifications:

·       BSCIT

·       BCA

·       Diploma in Computer Science

·       Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications.

Technical Skills:-

·       Networking

·       Database: SQL

·       Basics of API (Optional)

·       Hardware & Maintenance certification (Optional)

Skills:-

·       Technical Support

·       Time management

·       Problem solving & Communication

·       Multitasking Abilities

Experience:-    At least 2 year experience in a customer service role; experience in a technical support role preferred

Training:-  Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with biometric systems, including fingerprint scanners, facial recognition devices, and iris scanners.

·       Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Diagnose hardware and software problems related to biometric devices and recommend appropriate solutions.

·       Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and setup of biometric systems, including software installation and device calibration.

·       Continuously evaluate and improve support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Salary Structure :-  2 Lakhs- 4 Lakhs
