Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive for our Voice Process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with prior experience in a voice-based customer support role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Resolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

• Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)

• Freshers and experienced taken.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Hindi required

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Shifts : day shifts

• Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 CTC (₹15,000 in-hand)

• Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 in-hand)
