Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive – Voice Process under its Caretouch division. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries over voice calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and delivering prompt and effective resolutions.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
Provide accurate information related to Flipkart services, orders, returns, and other customer issues.
Record and maintain customer interactions and details accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics including call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
Freshers welcome
Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process or customer service role preferred
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (both mandatory)
Versant Score: Minimum Level 4 or 5
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Day Rotational Off)

CTC: ₹20,000 - 21,000/month
Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹4,200
CTC: Up to ₹24,000 - 25,000/month

Fresher (TH): ₹19,000/month
