Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers
Promote products or services and explain benefits
Handle payment reminders and collection follow-ups
Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues
Record customer information accurately in the system
Achieve individual and team sales/collection targets
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
Required Skills:
Strong communication and listening abilities
Confident, courteous, and customer-centric approach
Ability to adapt to changing processes and requirements
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Capable of handling work pressure and meeting targets
Self-driven and result-oriented
Work Schedule:
Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7)
Female Candidates: Day shifts (between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Offs: Rotational (no fixed off)
