  • Maintain timely follow-ups, ensure SLAs/TATs are met, and update all interactions and claim statuses in CRM.

• 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact for customers, surveyors, garages, and internal teams (underwriting, finance, tech) to streamline the claims process .

• 📊 CRM & Reporting: Log interactions accurately; manage MIS dashboards, reports, and escalate as needed to improve process efficiency.

• 🧩 Environment & Schedule: Tech-driven, KPI/SLA-centric setting; 5 working days with 2 rotational weekend offs.
