Customer Relationship Manager

This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support and addressing queries. Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. Primary point of contact for new and existing clients over Calls. Assisting the general Manager.
