Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and develop strong relationships with our clients. The role involves direct interaction with clients, ensuring seamless coordination and securing casting assignments for talents. You’ll be the face of the agency in client meetings and play a crucial role in convincing clients about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
● Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
● Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand casting requirements.
● Present suitable talent portfolios and suggest casting options based on briefs.
● Effectively pitch and convince clients about talents and agency services.
Project Coordination:
● Coordinate with the internal casting team to source suitable profiles as per client requirements.
● Ensure timely sharing of artist profiles and follow-ups.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
● Negotiate project terms and commercial details with clients.
● Close deals and ensure proper documentation of assignments.
Client Feedback & Service Improvement:
● Collect client feedback post-project and ensure service quality improvements.
● Maintain a client database and update interactions regularly.
Qualification :
● Minimum HSC[12th pass] or graduate in any stream.
● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
● 3 Month to 2 year experience in handling client meetings, pitching services, and maintaining client relationships.
● Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered for this roles.
● Good presentation skills for client pitches.
● Comfortable with client meetings and working under deadlines.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms is a plus.
