We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer engagement and relationship-building throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to possession, maintaining accurate CRM data, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
Track and follow up with leads, prospects, and customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers including documentation, agreement signing, and payment schedule coordination.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams for customer requirements and updates.
Generate and analyze CRM reports for management on sales pipeline, follow-ups, and customer status.
Assist in organizing customer events, site visits, and handover processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service and post-sales support.
Monitor and ensure timely milestone communication such as payment reminders, construction progress, and possession dates.
