Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients

• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and support

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries

• Follow up on client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

• Familiarity with CRM tools or platforms is preferred

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts

• Fluency in English and Hindi
