About the Role:

At Archierio Design Studio, creativity meets excellence — and we are looking for a dynamic CRM and Content Marketing Executive to join our growing team!
In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction, while also creating engaging digital content, reels, and marketing posts that amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support.

  • Maintain client databases and track engagement using CRM tools.

  • Coordinate project updates, feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Content Creation & Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and edit engaging social media content (posts, reels, short videos) aligned with our brand.

  • Collaborate with the design team for visual storytelling that showcases our projects and services.

  • Manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Support marketing campaigns with fresh, relevant content ideas.

• Strategy and Reporting:

  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Track content performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Assist in building marketing calendars and campaign plans.

    Key Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Hands-on experience with CRM software.

    • Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools .(e.g., Cap Cut, In Shot, Canva, Premiere Pro).

    • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.

    • Creative thinking with an eye for design aesthetics.

    • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management and/or content marketing.

• Prior experience in a creative or design-focused industry is a plus.
