Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (design, sales, and execution).
Coordinate with clients from inquiry stage to project handover.
Explain basic interior solutions to clients (products, services, materials, timelines).
Schedule meetings and site visits between clients and project managers/designers.
Track project timelines, updates, and communicate status to clients.
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM reports, follow-up schedules, and client communication records.
Assist the sales team with documentation and feedback collection.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales coordination.
Basic understanding of interior design or architecture (modular furniture, finishes, layouts).
Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and basic computer tools.
Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and customer-first approach.
