We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to join our team for NAA in Bhubaneswar at our Chandaka Industrial Estate location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
