𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

✅ Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chats, and emails

✅ Resolve complaints with speed, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

✅ Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for issue resolution

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

✅ Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our services

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

✔️ 6 months – 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce/quick commerce

✔️ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada/Tamil/Telugu (any regional language is a bonus!)

✔️ Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

✔️ Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus

✔️ Bangalore-based candidates only
