We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Executive to join our team for Le Aira Events Private Limited in Hyderabad at our Madhapur location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have fresher years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Telugu. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
