We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive for our Hotel Richi Regency. This role involves in maintain proper guest relationship by provided required services and proper interaction and to take their valuable feedback which needs to be recorded for future requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing arrival lists, greeting guests, and making them feel welcome.
2. Offering details about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and events.
3. Addressing guest questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
4. Proactively identifying guest needs and offering assistance with travel arrangements, reservations, or other requests.
5. Establishing positive relationships with guests to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
6. Recording guest interactions, preferences, and feedback in logbooks or CRM systems.
7.Coordinating with Departments, Collaborating with housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
8.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas and ensuring adherence to service quality.
9. Highlighting hotel amenities, services, and special offers to guests.
10. Ensuring accuracy and proper maintenance of guest records and accounts.
