Customer Relationship Executive

• To manage the clients and to ensure that the service delivery to clients and prospect is of excellent quality and achieve overall contract objectives.

• Lead Generation and Client acquisition is the primary role.

• To manage the existing clients and ensure the inflow of business is incremental.

• The Up-selling business proposition should see a growth of 40% per annum

• New Business should be increased by the rate of 30% per annum.

• Negotiate pricing and increase marginal profit.

• Handle client queries and share the reports on timely basis.

• Coordinate with client representative and seek feedback and suggestion.

• Billing and collection within the SLA.

• Timely contract renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Sales / Up-selling role strongly preferred. At least 3 years experience.

• Effective and Excellent communication (written & verbal) & convincing Skills.

• Passion towards sales, should be able to achieve sales target.

• Engage the existing clients in growing the business many folds.

• The candidate must be committed, ambitious, friendly and a good negotiator.

• Must possess the ability to engage potential clients in a conversation and generate leads.

• Must be diligent at follow-ups with a positive attitude.
