exclusively handle Outbound calls & maintain relationship with financial advisors.
Do cross sell with assigned advisors based mapped to them.
Complete the call logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).
To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
Oversee day-to-day operation of Login/Issuance/Disbursements
Keep track of performance on day-to-day basis
Liaise with Operations team and follow up with them for issuance/Disbursements of their
cases.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Must have at least a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of Sales Experience relationship
management, preferably financial institutions.
Must be Graduate or at least 12 passed in any stream.
Hands on knowledge about Basic excel and Email writing.
Age should be between 18 to 30 years.
Male & Female both can apply.
Ability to work under pressure, with strong self – motivation.
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Time managementskills.
Relationship managementskills and openness to feedback.
Prior experience of working in a bank is a plus.
Must be comfortable to work in (Marol Naka- Andheri East location).
