Customer Relationship Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

• Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention campaigns.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure consistent customer communication.

• Generate and analyze CRM reports (e.g., leads, conversions, follow-ups).

• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth handover from sales.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams for improvement.

• Monitor and follow up on service requests, complaints, or issues until resolution.

• Ensure CRM compliance with data privacy and internal policy standards.
