We are hiring energetic Customer Service Executives for outbound voice operations. The role involves customer service calls and reminder calls to ensure excellent customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Conduct customer service calls for feedback, reminders, or service support.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain call logs and update CRM with customer interactions.
Follow-up with customers when necessary.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
outbound voice process (Freshers can apply).
Strong verbal communication skills in [Language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi].
Ability to handle customer objections and queries efficiently.
Comfortable working with rotational week-offs and shift timings.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telecalling, outbound customer service, or sales calling.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call tracking tools.
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
