Role- Customer Care Executive
Experience-2+ Years
Graduate / postgraduate with at least 3+ years of experience of working in a
domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. (Inbound, outbound, The
candidate must have 1 yr of general insurance customer support inbound call taking
experience, 1+yr of other/captive inbound call taking experience & 1+yr of outbound
call/ experience is a must.
• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate with good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience
would be preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends.
• Candidate should be able to conversate in English, Hindi and Marathi
.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General
Insurance.
• Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General
Insurance.
• Responsible for delivering the relevant KPI’s designed for the assigned job role.
• Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
