We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently.
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system or CRM.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate assistance.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
