Key Responsibilities:-
1. Handle outbound calls for collection activities.
2. Communicate professionally and clearly with customers.
3. Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve daily collection targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up details.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
3. Gender: Male/Female
4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills
5. Other: Basic computer knowledge.
Working days- 6 days with rotational week off.
