We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team to handle customer , provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Telecom Industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of 23000/Month and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Greet customer politely and assist them at the counter

2.Receiving check in customer mobile phone for repair

3. Create job sheet and update repair status in the system

4. Explain service timeline and charges to customer

5. Handle customer query and complaints

6. Call customer when repair is complete or if any update is needed

7. Maintain daily record of job sheet and payment

8. Co-ordinate with technicians for smooth work flow

9. Keep the front x area neat and organized

10. Follow company process and ensure good customer service.
