Customer Care Manager

We are hiring a Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support team and ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the customer support team.

• Handle escalated customer complaints or complex queries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
