Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our team for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves managing customer calls (inbound and outbound), addressing inquiries, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in at least two South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Promote products/services and meet assigned sales targets
Maintain customer records and follow up as necessary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow all company policies and guidelines
Skills Required:
Fluency in English
Proficiency in at least two South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada)
Good listening, empathy, and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in customer service or tele-sales is an added advantage
