Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust connections with customers by understanding their needs.
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other channels; recommend tailored solutions.
Present and promote company products/services effectively to drive sales.
Keep abreast of product features and industry trends to inform your pitch.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate as needed.
Log all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Adapt to rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
Experience: 3–6 months in sales, customer service, or telesales.
Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and either Tamil or Telugu.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; persuasive and empathetic.
Technical: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM tools.
Personal Traits: Goal-driven, proactive, strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
