Shift: Rotational (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Weekly Offs: 2 per week

Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (Up to ₹3,000)

Total Monthly Pay (Before Deductions): ₹23,100

Job Summary:

We’re hiring customer care executives for our US inbound voice process, which focuses on sales and upselling. You’ll handle incoming calls from US customers, provide support, and promote products/services to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries

• Promote products and upsell during interactions

• Handle objections professionally and close sales

• Update call details in CRM

• Meet individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication (verbal & written)

• Experience in customer service/sales preferred

• Good multitasking and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
