Customer Care Executive

• Support backend operations for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes

• Coordinate with PBM teams to ensure accurate healthcare data management

• Analyze and interpret clinical or healthcare account information

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards

• Preferred: experience in clinical settings, healthcare accounts, or related domains

• Strong communication and analytical skills required

• Graduates/Undergraduates with relevant experience encouraged to apply

Compensation and benefits:

Salary range - 30000 - 38000
