Job Overview:

Teleperformance is hiring to manage inbound banking collections for Axis Bank. This role involves communicating with customers to resolve outstanding dues in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to banking compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from Axis Bank customers regarding loan or credit card collections.

• Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate solutions related to outstanding payments.

• Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout the interaction.

• Update systems accurately with call details and outcomes.

• Meet collection targets and maintain productivity and quality standards.

• Follow regulatory and company compliance guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: HSC (12th pass)

• Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply

Experience:

• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome

• Good communication skills in:

  • English + Hindi + Kannada

  • OR English + Malayalam/Tamil
