We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Regional Support Executives to join our team across various functions such as Video Support, General Support, and Digisense Recharge Assistance. The ideal candidates must be fluent in at least one of the specified regional languages and comfortable communicating with customers via voice, video, or chat-based channels.
Languages Required: Marathi, Kannada, Telugu
Preference:
Bilingual fluency in Kannada & Telugu preferred
If not bilingual, separate candidates will be hired for Kannada and Telugu
Work Mode:
WFH for candidates from Mumbai
Limited travel may be required for candidates from South India

Requirement: One candidate for each language (Bengali, Odia, Punjabi)

Provide high-quality support in regional languages through video, voice calls, or chat
Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction
Proficiency in at least one of the required regional languages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and comfort with support tools (training will be provided)
Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally
Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
Multilingual capabilities
Prior experience in customer-facing roles (voice/video support)
Flexible to work in shifts if needed
