Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound voice calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or redirect to the concerned department.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow standard procedures and scripts as per company guidelines.

• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Provide product and service information as required.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
