Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Sales Executives for the Yes Bank – Voice Sales Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the banking and financial services sector.

You will be responsible for connecting with customers over calls and promoting share market or various banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and more under the YCOP / CVM / RL process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound voice calls with customers.

Pitch relevant products.

Provide appropriate product recommendations according to customer needs.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Update customer interactions and feedback in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

Freshers are welcome.

Good verbal communication skills in English and Regional languages like tamil/malayalam/telugu/gujrati/kannada.

Must clear Versant Level 3 (spoken English test).
