We are hiring Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to join our team at Heaps. This is a dynamic customer-facing role that requires fluency in English, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work across rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend Inbound customer calls.

  • Provide correct information to customers.

  • Resolve customer issues.

  • Follow process & Guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Education: Graduate (Science background preferred)

  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing efficiency required

  • Must have: Willingness to learn, team player, and customer-centric mindset
