Customer Care Executive

• Monitor and manage the performance of mobile network elements (BTS, Node B, eNodeB, gNodeB) through OMCR/NMS systems.

• Perform first-level fault analysis, troubleshooting, and escalation of radio network alarms.

• Conduct routine health checks of network elements and ensure KPIs are within acceptable thresholds.

• Coordinate with field teams and vendors for fault resolution and network optimization activities.

• Maintain logs and records of network performance, outages, and maintenance activities.

• Execute configuration changes, software upgrades, and parameter tuning under supervision.

• Support the integration and commissioning of new sites and network expansions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on network performance and faults.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

• Collaborate with RF and transmission teams for end-to-end troubleshooting of network issues.
