Job summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Hindi Customer Care Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback primarily in Hindi, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support in Hindi.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Basic understanding of English preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
