Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Female) for fast growing E-Commerce company

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, email and chat queries professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements:

• Female candidates with 0 to 5 years experience

• Fluent in English and any regional language

• Immediate joiner

Location: Chennai - Guindy / T.Nagar

Working days : Mon - Sat - 10 am to 7 pm

Salary: Rs. 16,000 - Rs.22,000 (depending upon experience) + incentives
