Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Meet personal/team performance targets and customer service KPIs.
