Role: Customer Support Executive - International Premium Chat Process

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with international customers via chat to address queries and concerns

- Provide accurate information related to products and services

- Perform upselling and cross-selling where applicable

- Collect, verify, and update customer details

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in any BPO (Domestic or International)

- Must have completed at least 15 days of tenure in any BPO

- Education: PUC (12th) / 3-year Diploma / Undergraduate / Graduate / BE / B.Tech from any stream

Salary & Incentives:
