Job Summary:
We're seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Executives for Kotak. As a sales representative, you'll provide exceptional service to clients, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Customer Interactions: Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats in a fast-paced environment.
2. Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer concerns, issues, and questions promptly and efficiently.
3. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures.
4. Escalate Complex Issues: Refer complex issues to senior team members or management.
5. Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions using CRM software.
6. Meet Quality Targets: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Freshers or 6 months experience in customer support/service industry.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
3. Team Environment: Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
