- Freshers: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month (in-hand, fixed)
- Experienced: ₹18,000 per month (in-hand) for candidates with minimum 6 months of experience

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about Airtel Black Premium services and plans
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
